Useful links for online safety

The virtual world can be a dangerous place for children. It is important that our children are equipped to make the best use of new technology whilst knowing how to use it responsibly and safely.

As part of our curriculum we integrate s series of lesson each term to ensure that pupils are receiving the messages and advice they need to stay safe on-line. We recognise that what we teach and model in school only goes so far towards solving the problem. It is important that parents understand the risks for children using technology and feel able to talk to their children about being responsible online.

We hope that these websites will be useful in helping our parents support their children in becoming safe and responsible users of technology.
