Learning Objective- I understand what happened to the Titanic ship.

 

Activity 1

• Ask children if they have ever heard of The Titanic? If they have, what do they already know about it and about what happened to it?
• Work with children to fill in the KWL grid below, identifying things they know and what they want to find out.

 

Activity 2

• Using IPads, laptops/computers or books, children research information about the Titanic ship.
•  Use the Titanic Research Questions activity to lead research. 
• Answer the questions to show understanding of what happened to the Titanic ship.
