Phonics
Phonics is a vital part of learning in Year 1 and so we advise that the children complete some form of phonics activity everyday. We suggest that the phonics activity happens first thing each morning whilst the children are fresh!
Click on the phonics phase flowers below to find activities linked to each phase.
To find out which phase your child is currently working at, please message the teachers on DOJO.
Don't forget your child also has the Phonics pack which was sent home at the end of last year.
These packs can be used as part of your child's daily phonics session.
Sound Families
