Week 2 (11th - 15th January)
This week we will begin our new themed learning across school.
You will need to pick a country that you would like to focus on for the next 5 weeks.
Each week, I will ask you to look at different topics linked to your chosen country.
This task can be completed individually or as a family group (if more than one sibling in school).

Monday 11th January
Reading:
CGP Comprehension Book, pg.6 & 7 Why Recycle?
Grammar:
CGP Handwriting Book. Follow the rules on pg. 1 then complete pg. 2 handwriting practice.
CGP Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling Book. pg. 6-7, Modal Verbs.
Writing:
Use the information that you have learned about recycling and modal verbs, to create a poster that will encourage the children in our school to reduce, reuse and recycle. This can be linked to both recycling at home and in school.
Maths:
CGP 10 minute work out, pg. 2-3 Autumn Term work out 1.
