We run an after school club here at Ingol CPS every night from 3:15pm - 5:45pm (term time)

Cost

£6.50 per evening 3:15- 5:45pm (including snack)

£3.50 per evening 3:15pm - 4:15pm (no snack included)

Important changes 

The new phone number for the United Kids after-school club is 07340563173. Please use this number to let us know if you will be late for collection or any other questions. Please book on ParentPay.

Important changes to the booking system. After School Club must be booked on PARENTPAY - you will no longer be able to book in via the office. Please note you must pay as you go but bookings can be made daily up until 2.30 pm. 

If you are cancelling a booked place this must be done online via ParentPay before 2.30 pm on the day booked or you may still be charged for the place. We are having to turn people away as we are full and these places could go to other children who need them. Thank you!

Weekly Update

This week the children played with lots of toys and games including Lego, Knex, Bingo, Jenga, Barbies, Figures and the cars. They also helped to make birdfeeders and hung them up in our nature area for the birds as well as lots of colouring and crafts - including making bracelets and necklaces.

News on Afterschool Club

We aim to provide a welcoming place at the end of the school day where all children are valued. For parents/carers, this means knowing your child is safe and happy. We are here to support working parents by providing affordable, consistent childcare.

Opening Times: Monday to Friday 3.13 – 5.45. Term time only.

There are currently 23 places available so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Due to the increase in numbers, we have had to change our booking process. All bookings are now made on ParentPay.

INSET Days: Our after-school club will not operate on these days.

Admissions: The club is fully inclusive for children from Reception to Year 6. Any parent/carer with a child that has any additional or special needs should record these on the membership form. This is so that any child can be appropriately welcomed into the club.

Booking and Payment Arrangements: Payment is made when booking in on ParentPay. If you have an outstanding balance then this will have to be cleared before you book any new session. 

Session charges:

3.15 – 4.15 session: £3.50 per session without a snack.

3.15 – 5.45 session: £6.50 per session with a snack.

Late collection fee: £5.00 for every 5 minutes late.

Behaviour: The School Policy and Rules concerning behaviour are followed to ensure consistency for the children at the club. If a child continually behaves badly, the school reserves the right to withdraw the place.

Staffing: The club is supervised by Miss Crossett and Miss Cook. 

After School Menu: Our selection of food aims to be a healthy balance. If your child has any specific dietary needs or allergies  please ensure they are written on the information form/membership form. 

Activities: Each child is encouraged to make their own choices regarding the activities they choose to participate in. After school club offers structured activities as well as free choice. Weekly programmes of activities may include, art using various mediums, crafts using a wide variety of textures and materials, construction and Lego toys and Board games.
